Description:
This certification validates your ability to apply an advanced level of technical proficiency when planning, designing and deploying VoIP and Multimedia Applications on a Converged Network. This certification tests your knowledge and skills in the following areas:
Security in the VoIP environment
Emergency services in the VoIP environment
Performing a network assessment
Note: the VoIP Technology exams were restructured to align with the VoIP Technologies Nortel Press book so that it can be used as a study guide.
To earn this certification, you must hold the NCTS - Converged IP Solutions or the NCTS - Real-Time Networking certification.
