CallPilot 5.0 introduces not only Meridian Mail parity features, but also several new features/functionality focused on improving Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), improving user connectivity/responsiveness and their overall experience, as well as key functionality specific to business continuity/resiliency.
