This course is designed for Nortel internal engineers, support and operations personnel as well as System Integration Partners (SIs) responsible for Nortel Agile Communication Environment (ACE) installation, user administration and integration tasks. It provides an opportunity to enhance product knowledge and gain practical understanding.
The students attending this course are expected to be familiar with ACE concepts. Tasks associated with configuring the various network elements prior to the ACE integration are beyond the scope of this course.
DELIVERY METHOD This course is delivered as Hands-in eLearning. Hands-in eLearning is delivered online and facilitated in real time by an instructor. Through the use of cutting-edge 'uConnect' software, students can also complete exercises on working Nortel equipment from their own location. The benefits of Hands-in eLearning include:
