Course Description
Contact Center 7.0 is a suite of software solutions which allows our customer to build sophisticated customer contact center solutions, supporting up to 100 thousand agents. Due to a rich standard feature set and a simple to use interface, Contact Center 7.0 offers advanced cost effective functionality "out of the box". Through standard interfaces, like SIP and SOA, Contact Center 7.0 can be connected to, or integrated in a range of business applications and processes. Through advanced resiliency options Contact Center 7.0 solutions can be built to support high availability mission critical contact centers.
This course will provide an overview of the Contact Center 7.0 Solution as well as information on selling the solution (including competitor information).
This session is broken into multiple modules which detail the Contact Center 7.0 solution. Each module can be viewed independently for a total of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to view both modules.
Please note: It will be necessary to view both modules in order to complete the exam as the exam questions will cover information from both modules.
