Course Description
This course is an advanced Instructor-led Hands-on course, which covers application development using the Nortel integrated IVR and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions.
This course delves into application development using MPS Developer with the CTI toolkit for creating interactive IVR applications to use with the Communications Control Toolkit (CCTIVR) software.
We will discuss in detail how to use the CTI toolkit to create customer specific applications that can interface with M1-Meridian Link, SCCS/CCMS Interface (RSM and HDX) and IVR.DLL for TAPI Servers. With the concentration being the CTI server and IVR configuration, development and administration. Configuration, development and administration of the SCCS/CCMS and TAPI will NOT be covered in great detail.
The course focuses on Nortel CTI solution integration, and does not specifically cover integration to other vendor CTI servers.
DELIVERY METHOD This course is delivered as Instructor-led Training. Instructor-led Training is conducted in a classroom environment. Many courses also include access to lab equipment, either locally or remotely, in order to perform exercises.
